Product Description

       The easy-to-clean TPU food belt meets the hygienic and food-grade design.
The high-performance polyurethane material has passed the food-grade certification of the US FDA (21CFR177.2600) and
USDA, ISO16869-2008. Anti-mildew level certification, EU REACH no plasticizer certification (EUNO.10/2011), etc.

     Green, blue energy-saving, efficient and lightweight design. In the process of meat segmentation and seafood processing, the food cleaning belt has a water-saving rate of up to 57% compared with the traditional modular chain conveyor. The weight of the cleaning belt per unit area is 1/3 of the modular chain plate conveyor belt, and the energy-saving effect is obvious; the food cleaning belt is easy to install, fast to clean and saves time.

     Food cleaning belts have higher temperature resistance than ordinary conveyor belts and are designed to adapt to a variety of environments.
Easy cleaning belts can easily cope with the transportation of ordinary food at normal temperature and low temperature (-40°C).  Easy cleaning belts are also available. Operate under the harsh environment of high oil, high salt, high humidity, and high temperature (90ºC).
